I'm a creative director and photographer in New York. I decide how a project should look, then direct it, in stills and in film. Sometimes that's just me and a camera. More often I put together a crew, and I know who to hire and what to ask them because I've done every role on one myself.

At Highsnobiety I was the only photographer on staff, so artists, brands, interiors and product all came through me. Alongside the shooting I pitched my own ideas and helped produce the work. Same job now, just more people in the room.
